Jim Markum New Vintage Band
Jim Markum's New Vintage Band is just what the name implies.                                    
From vintage Glen Miller style tunes to Johnny B. Goode and new jump swing hits,  
with a blistering bit of Benny Goodman thrown in,  a handful of pop tunes,  and a few
dance classics and ballads,  this versatile group has everything you could want.  Our
library features an appealing variety of music that has something for everyone.

This six-piece band features Jim Markum's signature screamin' trumpet,  jammin'
along with trombone and sax to fill out the horns,  and a kickin' rhythm section to
pull it all together.

So if you are looking for a band that can play many different styles of music,  and
still swing like a classic big band,  Jim Markum's New Vintage Band is the one.  Cut
from the same cloth as the Jim Markum Swing Band (Central Illinois' favorite swing
band),  this smaller version packs a real punch!
